That begins with smart planning in the form of drawn up house plans. Each plan is custom and can be as ambitious or modest as you please.

Next, MCC makes the process seamless by offering a finish specifications package. Finish specifications can include appliances, flooring, tile, wallpaper, paint, trim, electrical, plumbing, doors, hardware, cabinetry, mantle design, bath fixtures, staircase detailing, paneling, countertops, brick, roof, shutters, etc.

Founder John Morris is a Midland native with an eagerness for fine home building and remodeling. Together with his wife, Kaci, they have spent the past several years building their own custom homes and remodeling houses. John has a degree from Texas A&M in Construction Science and Kaci has a degree from Texas Tech in Interior Design. With their individual backgrounds, the company excels in tedious design detail and expert knowledge of building.
